We provided safe, dedicated electrical supplies and local isolation for three external air-conditioning condenser units at a residential property in Harrogate. One of the condensers was located on the opposite side of the house, which required an adjusted cable route on site.

The customer brief required dedicated supplies and local isolation for three external condenser units. The original information covered two units; on arrival we found a third condenser sited on the opposite side of the house.

The homeowner required dedicated circuits and local isolation for each condenser, unobtrusive cable routes and minimal disruption to finished rooms.
Work completed
An IP‑rated external consumer unit was installed adjacent to the existing meter box and three dedicated supplies were provided, each with local isolation. To serve the third condenser on the opposite side of the house, the cable route was revised on site and routed via the loft to avoid an exposed run around the front of the property.
